About us

IQ Hockey Development is a program created by IQ Sports Management and will take place at the brand-new CMFG Arena in Sigirino, running from May to July.
As a company, our vision is built on three key pillars: recruitment, development, and career management. With IQ Hockey Development, we want to bring this vision to life by offering growth opportunities not only to the athletes already affiliated with our agency but also to all players who are eager to invest in themselves.

This project does not replace the daily work carried out by athletes’ respective clubs – which remain their primary point of reference – but rather complements it, with the goal of supporting and enriching each athlete’s journey. We firmly believe that everyone involved in our sport is part of the same game, united by the shared mission of shaping the most complete players possible.

IQ Hockey Development offers a variety of training sessions designed both to build transferable skills and to deepen technical and tactical aspects specific to different roles.

Training in a modern and innovative facility like the CMFG Arena also provides a unique opportunity: to experience a stimulating environment where young athletes from different clubs can challenge themselves, grow together, and build relationships that extend beyond the ice.

Our ambition is to create moments that combine passion, fun, and learning, offering meaningful experiences that can leave a lasting impact on the sporting and personal future of every participant.
